Q: Where are you based?
A: Wholesaving is based in Perth, Western Australia.
Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: No, we do not have a retail store, all orders must be placed online.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within Australia, to Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan and Malaysia.
Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: Standard shipping is $3 for orders under $50.
Express Shipping can be selected at extra cost of $5
For International orders the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our online store is open 24 hours to take your orders.
We are open for dispatch Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm AWST.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
Q: How long does it take to process the order?
A: Generally, orders take from to 1 to 3 business days to be processed.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, a tracking number will be provided for each delivery if an email is provided at purchase.
Q: What is the quality of the essential and absolute oils you sell?
A: Each of the essential and absolute oils are 100% pure and organic, without any additives, dilutions or carrier oils. There are no synthetical chemicals, pesticides or GMOs used at any stage of the production of the oils.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We may offer free refunds on eligible orders, please contact our customer service at orders@wholesaving.com.au
Q: How can I cancel/change my order?
A: Any changes to the orders must be made prior to shipment.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples.
Q: Can essential and absolute oils be used internally?
A: We do not recommend the general internal use of essential and absolute oils. TGA regulations do not deem essential and absolute oils as food, supplement or medication and are therefore not safe for internal use.
