Vetiver Essential Oil 50ml + Free Dropper

Beautiful oils- bottles filled to the brim - exactly as advertised.

I have sent this back as it’s the single worst Vetiver I’ve ever smelled. It’s as if it’s burnt or rancid. The smell is unforgiving. I haven’t received any response since 18th December which is almost a month ago now. I’ve tried following up multiple times to avoid leaving a poor review as some of the oils were actually great. Sadly it would seem as though I cannot do business with this organisation as they have very poor customer service and some of the products are substandard. As a small business it’s difficult to have funds tied up in unusable products. Pretty disappointed in the lack of response form this business and had some concerns about buying from them initially as I couldn’t find any reviews online. I’m still waiting for a refund or credit or a response.
