Essential oils and Chakras: The Root Chakra

Chakras are energy points in the body. There are seven major ones running down the length of the spine, each generally corresponding to nerve bundles and important organs around them. In this series of blog posts we will share which essential oils and absolutes are said to be beneficial for each Chakra, starting with the Root Chakra. These oils are most commonly used in aromatherapy by adding a few drops to a diffuser.
