Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural, plant-derived aromatic extracts such as essential oils and absolutes to promote and improve the health of the mind, body and spirit.

Some essential oils and absolutes have a reputation for promoting calmness and tranquillity. They can be added to diffusers, baths or carrier oils to relax the mind, body and spirit.

  1. White Lotus - Organically extracted absolute oil from the petals of the lotus flower. It has a sweet, floral aroma with spicy undertones.
  2. West Australian Sandalwood - Steam distilled from the heartwood of the Santalum Spicatum trees in Western Australia. It has a woody and rich aroma.
  3. Lavender - Steam distilled from the flowers of the Lavandula Angustifolia plant native to France. It has a floral, slightly herbal aroma.
